This Privacy Notice is an electronic record in the form of an electronic document and construed in accordance with the current and future data protection laws of India including but not limited to the Indian Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, under the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”).

• Onboarding and Account Creation on the Application: Name, email address, contact number, and any other information you provide when registering on the Platform.
• Information shared by registered users: You may share the following details, including name, phone number, email address, address, date of birth, age, geographic location of family members and legal heirs of the registered users. Depending on the nature of services, the Users may submit additional information to avail the specific services. Some of the details pertain to emergency services and will be collected on a case-by-case basis.

ii. Online Identifiers and Log Data: We may receive information about your system, device, browser type, usage duration, system logs, etc.

iii. Payment Information: Our Services may be made available to the Users on a subscription basis. We may collect certain information, such as full name, phone numbers, billing address, and email address, to process your request. We use third-party payment service providers to process payments made to us. We do not retain any of your financial information, such as credit card details or bank details, and all such information is provided directly by you to our third-party processor. The payment processor’s use of your Personal Data will be governed by their privacy notice. We do not access, store, or collect your credit/debit card information. We may have information limited to the payment confirmation number for our record purposes.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The User undertakes that they shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Data shared with us, whether of its own or any third party. In the event the User is sharing any Personal Data on behalf of a third person, the User represents and warrants that they have the necessary authority to share such Personal Data with the Company and have obtained written consent from such third party. iii. Right of grievance redressal.

iv. Right to nominate.

v. Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process Personal Data.

13. SECURITY PRACTICES

We are committed to maintaining information security and protecting User Personal Data from potential breaches. We implement security measures as per industry standards. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protection, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Data transmitted, as these systems are not hack-proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks and technical issues are possible, and we will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.

14. CHILDREN’S PERSONAL DATA

Our Platform may collect and use children’s Personal Data when they are registered to the platform as part of the family of the registered User. Our Platform includes providing emergency and SOS services. Our Platform will only use the Personal Data of any person who is under the age of 18 years upon receiving explicit consent from their parents or legal guardians. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete all such Personal Data. 15. GOVERNING LAWS AND DISPUTES

This Privacy Notice shall be construed and governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune.
